I removed my Prime channel and reinstalled it. works just fine now. When deleting and reinstalling, be sure to reboot the Roku after the deletion of the app and before the reinstallation of the app. The reboot, when done there, will clear out any residual data about the app, which, if part of the issue, might otherwise cause the issue to remain. I did that when I first noticed the issues with prime video, haven't done the same with netflix. For prime it mostly happened with 4k content, Netflix is crashing after the episode starts via auto play. The TV is fully up to date.
