Hi ladies, I'm 40+5 and finally lost my mucus plug last Sunday morning (at 1:30am during a mid evening pee run!) and today have definitely ramped up with sacral/back pains with some abdominal cramping too. No stretch and sweeps, as our midwife is fairly hands off. Haven't had any vaginal exam either. It really tends to end up not being related to when you go into labor for most women. I had signs of labor early on and ended up being 5 days overdue.
