I also received an RFE, but for evidence of birth. I resent the same documents -- that I had originally sent to them -- and they accepted the documents. They do not send an RFE for I-693; they send a notice saying that the packet is missing I-693. So, the RFE, in your case is very likely to be for something other than the medical.
